Tech in Heels for Female-led Businesses

About ESquared Tech in Heels Launchpad

The E Squared Tech in Heels Launchpad by Diligence Africa is a six-month immersive accelerator dedicated to supporting and scaling women-led technology and tech-enabled startups. We are a sector-agnostic Launchpad that supports entrepreneurs from the idea stage to seed-stage businesses, which must be women-led or have women in key decision-making roles.

Our fellows will embark on an entrepreneurial journey to explore and create innovative business models that can positively transform society, address sustainability challenges, and reimagine societal structures. These business models will leverage technology to generate solutions and accelerate positive change in job creation, skills development, education, climate action, governance, and business practices, and help them develop an understanding of the value and importance of their solutions, driving a commitment to impact.

Our Launchpad combines practical business acumen with technical innovation, financial strategy, investor readiness, and ecosystem connectivity, enabling our fellows to build resilient, scalable enterprises to drive Africa’s economic transformation.
